		<description>if i understand your question, you are saying that the neutral wire and the ground wire are now hot. if so somewhere in the structure you lost the neutral and power is backfeeding thru the circuit. if this is the case, you need to get an electrician out asap. you have a very dangerous condition, just about any appliance or fixture in the structure can electrocute you!!!!!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
