What is the difference between a self grounding receptacle and a regular receptacle?

I was comparing a regular receptacle and a self grounding receptacle side by side at home depot and I could not tell the difference. Can someone point me in the right direction. I am trying to replace old two prong receptacles that are in a grounded metal box.

Are you sure the box is grounded? If you have bx wire in a metal box your ok but if you have romex (2 wire with a ground)you have to put the ground wire on to the receptacle ground screw.
