what’s the difference between netral point and grounding point?

In power system analysis, we use both of these terms. But what is the difference between these two : "neutral point" and "grounding point"?

The Neutral point is usually the point which Mains Electricity voltage is measured relative to. The grounding point is the point in the generator or electricity substation where the mains Neutral is connected to Ground. Hence the Neutral point can vary by several volts from Earth/Ground potential, due to induced current over the intervening distance.
